Following their 2017 album Wonderful Wonderful, the Killers offered up a 10 year anniversary reissue of Day & Age. Fortunately, however, they're not just looking back, as they have a brand new single.
"Land of the Free" is a decidedly political song from the band, offering critiques of America's gun problem and its for-profit prison system. Those lyrics are set to a slow-building anthem that includes slapping drums and a full gospel choir. It's an emotive power ballad from the kings of emotive power ballads.
