While the Roots already confirmed they would be playing this year's TD Ottawa Jazz Festival, the rest of the lineup has now been announced.

The annual fest will take place in the city from June 21 to July 1. In addition to the Roots, festival performers include Norah Jones, Chicago, Lee Fields & the Expressions, Judith Hill, Jane Siberry, Omara Portuondo, Ranee Lee and more. The Roots' Questlove will also be doing his own DJ set during the event.

The lineup also comes on International Women's Day, and organizers state the following:

For 2019, the festival is making deliberate curatorial choices that focus and highlight the contributions of women in music. You will find them on every stage, playing every instrument, as leaders, composers, arrangers, improvisers, collaborators and more. It's our distinct pleasure and honour to invite these exceptionally talented artists to be featured at the festival this year.

You can learn more about the festival, ticketing options and the lineup over here at the TD Ottawa Jazz Festival website.
