Skrillex's star continues to rise, having won a handful of Grammys earlier this year and becoming the poster boy for U.S. dubstep, and the EDM heavyweight will flex his skills onstage this summer for a Canadian tour.
The final details have yet to be revealed, but a new mini-site for the electronic artist has unveiled some preliminary dates for what is being billed as the "Full Flex Express" tour. As previously reported, Skrillex will arrive at the Ottawa Bluesfest July 14, but it looks as if his trip will begin in Toronto the night before.
According to the site, Skrillex will make his way as far west as Vancouver. Venues for the dates have yet to be unveiled, but we can likely count on Skrillex not returning to Vancouver's PNE Forum venue, as last week it was announced that the concert spot had banned "electronica" shows.
A countdown is currently running on the "Full Flex Express" page, hinting that all the show specifics will arrive in one week's time.
Skrillex will also bookend the Canadian trip with some shows and festival appearances around the U.S. and Europe, which you can see over on his Facebook page.
