Serena-Maneesh Announce North American Tour in Support of S-M 2

BY Josiah HughesPublished Jan 28, 2010

It's beginning to look as if 2010 will be the year that Norway's Serena-Maneesh run things. Since signing with 4AD, the band have been hard at work on the proper follow-up to their self-titled debut, which is now half-a-decade old. Earlier this month, they detailed the album, which is called S-M 2: Abyss in B Minor. Now, we're happy to report that the album will be followed by some North American touring.

The tour will kick off with some industry hobnobbing at SXSW. From there, Serena-Maneesh will tour up the West coast, surfacing in Vancouver for a stop on March 27. Then, they'll head over to the other side of the continent, playing some more U.S. shows, as well as some early April appearances in Toronto and Montreal.

S-M 2: Abyss in B Minor will be in stores on March 23, which should give Canadian fans enough time to break in their eardrums a little before going to the live shows. But if you want a taste of the record right now, over here you can download new album track "I Just Want to See Your Face."
