Wildhearted R&B singer Miguel is just one of the many big artists that made it onto ScHoolboy Q's forthcoming Blank Face LP, but it turns out he might not have been invited onto the collection by the Top Dog entertainer himself. Q told a crowd tonight (June 29) that his label "made" him include the singer on a track called "Overtime."

ScHoolboy Q made the reveal at a Blank Face listening party event in New York that was hosted by Hot 97's Peter Rosenberg. According to multiple tweets [via Complex], the rapper told the crowd that "Overtime" is quite noticeably in the same wheelhouse as his all night recording session-summarizing "Studio" single from 2014's Oxymoron, a song that featured R&B singer BJ the Chicago Kid on the hook. Of the newer tune, Q purportedly called it a "bootleg ass studio song."

"They made me put this on the album," he told the Blank Face crowd of the collaborative track.

"Overtime" features both Miguel and Justine Skye. As previously reportedBlank Face also features appearances from Kanye West, Anderson .Paak, Vince Staples, Jadakiss, Tha Dogg Pound and more.

Blank Face is due to drop July 8 through Top Dawg Entertainment/Interscope.
