Back in person after two years of virtual performances, Salmon Arm Roots and Blues Festival returns this year for its 30th annual edition, featuring performances from the likes of Jann Arden, Snotty Nose Rez Kids, Tom Cochrane, William Prince and many, many more.

And yesterday saw the announcement of a whole slew of other artists who'll be appearing at the festival — Witch Prophet, Tanika Charles and Le Ren are just some of the artists taking the stage August 18 to 21

Tom Cochrane will be taking the mainstage Friday night following performances from Northern Cree and Samantha Martin & Delta Sugar, while Saturday sees blues guitarist Cedric Burnside at the Blues Stage before the night is wrapped up by Antibalas. The festival will be closed by headliner Jann Arden, who released her latest album Descendant this year.
