Sally Seltmann Reveals Tracklisting and Release Date for New Post-New Buffalo Album

BY Josiah HughesPublished Jan 28, 2010

Sally Seltmann has likely been hanging around your iPod for some time. The Australian indie pop practitioner has co-written songs with Feist, and also developed her solo career under the name New Buffalo. As we told you last month, however, Seltmann is done with New Buffalo, and will be releasing her next album under her own name.

Now, we can report more details from her debut album as simply Sally Seltmann. We already told you that the record will be called Heart That's Pounding, but now we know the album's 12-song tracklisting and have a proper release date: April 6, courtesy of Arts & Crafts.

The record will be available on CD, vinyl and as a digital download, and it was produced with the help of Architecture in Helsinki's Francois Tetaz, so expect some summery bliss from Down Under when it hits your headphones this spring. In the meantime, a video for "Harmony to My Heartbeat" can be streamed below.
