Vancouver/Zurich-based songstress Rykka released Kodiak this year, an album produced by Mother Mother's Ryan Guldemond. While the album's rock sound is impressive on its own, the songs are also written from the perspective of various animals.
Rykka stopped by our backyard to perform the Kodiak track "Blackie." The performance is about a minute shorter than the original, and is stripped down to just Rykka's voice and an electric guitar.
