After revealing his battle with stomach cancer to fans back in May of this year, Rusko (a.k.a. Chris Mercer) has now announced that he is cancer-free after completing his treatment.
The producer broke the news in a livestream with Your EDM, adding that all of his test results came back negative. "I got the official tick in the box and the paperwork," he said. "It's awesome."
Rusko had previously cancelled a number of summer tour dates to receive treatment for gastric lymphoma. Fellow EDM stars celebrated the good news, as you can find below.
