Having already given 2112 and A Farewell to Kings the expanded reissue treatment, Rush will now do the same to their 1978 LP Hemispheres in celebration of its 40th anniversary.
Arriving November 16 through UMe/Anthem, the reissue will hit shelves in three different formats.
A Super Deluxe edition will feature the Abbey Road Studios 2015 remaster of the original album and the band's June 1979 performance at Pinkpop Festival on two CDs, one Blu-ray disc and three 180-gram vinyl records.
The Super Deluxe set will also include a 40-page hardcover book with unreleased photos and new artwork by original album designer Hugh Syme; an extensive essay from Canadian music writer Rob Bowman, a replica of the band's 1979 U.K. tour program, a replica Pinkpop festival ticket, a replica Hemispheres iron-on patch and more.
The reissue will also arrive as a two-CD deluxe digipak and a 3xLP deluxe edition. All three editions are available for pre-order here, where you can also pore over their massive tracklists.
Later this year, Rush bassist Geddy Lee will show off his collection of bass guitars with a new photobook.
