​Riverfest Elora Reveals 2017 Lineup with MGMT, Gogol Bordello, Sloan

Monster Truck, Mother Mother, Little Scream, Hollerado, Austra, Hannah Georgas and more will also perform

Riverfest Elora is set to return to the beautiful Bissell Park in Elora, ON from August 18 to 20, and the lineup of performers for this year's festival has just been announced.
 
The Friday night (August 18) will kick off with sets from Monster Truck, Mother Mother, Little Scream, the Kramdens, Samito, Saya and Safe As Houses. An official afterparty that same night features Rocket Queen, Sam Coffey & the Iron Lungs, B.A. Johnston, Mountains of Wolves, and Skye Wallace.
 
Saturday (August 19) will be jam-packed with performances by MGMT, K. Flay, DJ Jazzy Jeff & Skratch Bastid, Hollerado, Darcys, Polaris Prize the Band, the Dirty Nil, Shred Kelly, Partner, Motel Raphael, Wax Mannequin, Helena Deland, Saturdae Jonez, Mike Evin, Tara Beier, Odd Years, Band of People, Brookside and Tipping Point. That evening's afterparty boasts sets by Torero, Rose Cora Perry & the Truth Untold, Megan Nash and a "special surprise performance."
 
Things will wrap up on Sunday (August 20) with performances from Gogol Bordello, Sloan, USS, Austra, Hannah Georgas, Jenn Grant, Pocket Dwellers, Iskwe, Neon Dreams, My Son the Hurricane, Lee Watson, Lowlands, the Boo Radley Project, Avery Raquel, Broadway Draws and the Fergus Pipe Band. The final afterparty is specifically billed as a party for fest volunteers, and will feature the RFE House Band.
 
Weekend passes for Riverfest Elora are on sale for $129 until May 1, after which they will go up to $139 until August 1. From August 2 onwards, passes will cost $149. Wristbands for admission to the aforementioned afterparty shows is an additional $10. You can head over here to purchase tickets now.
