Reuben and the Dark

Today (January 12) marks the beginning of Alberta troupe Reuben and the Dark's tour supporting Aussie artist Vance Joy. To help kick off the festivities, the group have premiered a new song that may well end up in their set lists for the next couple weeks. Titled "Heart in Two," it's streaming online now.

Following the work found on 2014 debut disc Funeral Sky, the band continue to traffic in softened, modern rock sounds. It all starts off with a quiet, almost folky pluck of guitar, but soon balloons into a full band production weighing in on the state of a heart torn in two.
