While Red Hot Chili Peppers have been touring hard behind The Getaway since its release last year, they have cancelled one of their upcoming Canadian shows. Today (March 16) it was announced that their scheduled concert on June 18 in Quebec City will not go ahead as planned.
Live Nation broke the bad news this afternoon, stating that the show at the Vidéotron Centre is being axed due to a scheduling conflict. Refunds are already being issued automatically if you bought tickets through Ticketmaster.
At this point, it does not appear if any other Canadian dates are being called off, but you can see the band's upcoming schedule below.
