Canadian rock'n'roll vet Ian Blurton is readying his latest album with Public Animal for release next week, but before Palace Arms officially lands, you can give it an advanced preview.

As previously reported, the record was made at the Tragically Hip's Bathouse Studios in Kingston, ON, then finished up between mixing at Toronto's ProGold Studio and mastering at Portland's Audiosiege.

The record's release will be celebrated with a Halloween-themed show at the Horseshoe Tavern in Toronto on October 28. They'll run through the new record in its entirety before taking the stage again for Dazed and Confused-inspired performance alongside members of Cursed/Sect, By Divine Right, Cross Dog, Controller Controller, Diemonds, Battery Heart and tons more.
