Funk-rockin' political hip-hop supergroup Prophets of Rage have been sticking it to the man onstage for a little while now. Now, they'll finally deliver the goods with their debut release.
The group, which features members of Rage Against the Machine, Public Enemy and Cypress Hill, will release a five-song EP called The Party's Over.
The release includes the band's previously released mission statement "Prophets of Rage," as well as a new composition called "The Party's Over."
The EP is rounded out by covers of Rage Against the Machine's "Killing in the Name," Public Enemy's "Shut 'Em Down" and an update of the Beastie Boys' "No Sleep Till Brooklyn" that names Cleveland instead.
