Plants and Animals

"Stay" (video)

BY Sarah MurphyPublished Feb 23, 2016

Plants and Animals will return with their first full-length in four years this spring, but before Waltzed in from the Rumbling arrives, the Montreal band have shared a new video for "Stay."

The clip features a trio of dancers between the sunny heat of Tel Aviv and the colder, snowier winter woods of Montreal. It was directed by Hanako Hoshimi-Caines, who said in a press release: "It was about seeing three individuals really engage themselves in the making and feeling of movement through the song, in order to get a physical sense of the music."

You can see it all come together artfully in the player below. Scroll past the band's upcoming Canadian tour dates to give the video for "Stay" a watch.

You'll also find the band's complete upcoming itinerary here. Waltzed in from the Rumbling follows 2012's The End of That and is due out on April 29 through Secret City Records.
