Black Mountain bandleader Stephen McBean is hitting the road with his enigmatic Pink Mountaintops project for a North American tour this spring, which will bring him to cities in Ontario and Quebec.
Following a just-completed run opening for Dinosaur Jr., McBean and co.'s headlining stint will kick off on April 24 in San Diego. They'll receive support from Vancouver folk-rocker (and Exclaim! New Faves alum) Ashley Shadow through until the trek ends in St. Paul on June 2. The month of May will see them play shows in Quebec City, Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto and London.

Pink Mountaintops' forthcoming album Peacock Pools will be their first in eight years, following 2014's Get Back.
