Phoebe Bridgers has shared a holiday cover of Tom Waits' 2004 song "Day After Tomorrow," the proceeds of which will go to Local Integration & Family Empowerment Division of the International Institute of Los Angeles, which supports immigrants, refugees, and low-income workers in the city.
Bridgers' cover leans harder into the original's subtle "Silent Night" interpolation with a gentle choir — featuring Blake Mills, Marcus Mumford, Kaitlyn Dever and Harrison Whitford — and some sleigh bells.
