Having initially joined forces as Thy Slaughter all the way back in 2014, PC Music's A. G. Cook and EASYFUN have announced the project's debut album — previewed today by the double single "Lost Everything" / "Reign."
Soft Rock arrives December 1, landing in the final month of 2023 before the innovative hyperpop label pivots to archival releases next year. It includes Thy Slaughter's recent singles "Sentence" and "If I Knew."
Today's "Lost Everything" was written in collaboration with the late visionary SOPHIE and Wolf Alice's Ellie Rowsell, who sings on the track. The song arrives alongside a Jacob Hulmston-directed video.
The record sees additional features from Charli XCX, Caroline Polachek and Alaska Reid.
