Coinciding with today's release of new EP Catching Chickens, Nourished by Time — the genre-melding project of Baltimore songsmith Marcus Brown — has announced his first-ever headlining tour. Set to kick off in June, it includes a few Canadian stops in Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver.
Brown, whose Erotic Probiotic 2 track "Daddy" was one of Exclaim!'s 25 Best Songs of 2023, hits the road for his maiden headlining voyage starting June 8 in Philadelphia, PA. He ventures into Canada the following week for shows at Montreal's Bar le Ritz PDB (June 14) and the Baby G in Toronto (June 16).
After a handful more stateside dates, Nourished by Time makes a Western Canadian stop at Vancouver's Fox Cabaret on June 24. The tour tacks on two additional North American dates — all of which, save for the New York show, will see support from urika's bedroom — in California before Brown heads overseas for some more shows in September.
