Long-running Vancouver punk unit Needles//Pins are returning with a new album. Simply going the self-titled route, the record will arrive on May 28 via Dirt Cult Records.

Needles//Pins marks the group's fourth album, and you can check out the first track shared from the record called "A Rather Strained Apologetic."

According to a press release, "This is a record that takes your emotional concerns and bundles them up into sweet little packets of raw-throated, chest-swelling, moves-into-your-brain-and-never-leaves melody."

The PR also adds, "It's comforting, it's thrilling, it's… well, it's not a soothing balm, but it might just be what you need right now to pick you up off the floor and... make you shake and shimmer. A future classic? Hell, why not?"

Needles//Pins will arrive in a pressing of 100 records on gold vinyl and 200 on black. You can pre-order it now, and check out "A Rather Strained Apologetic" below.

Needles//Pins' last album arrived via 2017's Good Night, Tomorrow.
