Motion City Soundtrack were scheduled to be completing their 20th anniversary tour for I Am the Movie at the Opera House in Toronto tonight, but they've been forced to end the run early due to weather conditions.
The band took to Instagram over the weekend to announce that they were postponing the final and penultimate stops (the Buffalo concert originally slated for January 14) on the run because of driving bans in Western New York over a winter storm. They played their Boston date on Saturday (January 13) as what ultimately became the tour closer.
"We are confident that we'll be able to postpone the dates to the spring when we'll hopefully have better cooperation from Mother Nature," Motion City Soundtrack wrote, later adding a reel of footage of a snowplow and trucks driving through a blizzard.
