As promised, early aughts indie rockers Modest Mouse have returned with a brand new song called "Poison the Well," which you can stream right now.
"Poison the Well" arrives after cryptic teasers and tour plans with the Black Keys hinted at the band's return earlier this month.
The new track marks the group's first new material since their 2015 LP Strangers to Ourselves. Prior to that, the band left fans waiting eight years for a new album.
Modest Mouse have yet to announce any plans for a full-length record, but "Poison the Well" will be released as a triangular mint-green 7-inch for Record Store Day on April 13.
