Vancouver's Miss Quincy & the Showdown write songs fuelled by booze and the blues, and the project recently released its latest LP Roadside Recovery. Now, Miss Quincy is ready to share a brand new clip for album cut "Damn You," and Exclaim! has got your first look at the new visuals.
The video was directed by Luvia Petersen and takes viewers on a string of dark, rainy journeys in the back of the cab. From flask-assisted fun on a girls night out to an older gentlemen suffering from prescription-level pain to clandestine romantic affairs, the driver sees it all as she sings along to the twangy, blues-rock tune.
Miss Quincy & the Showdown will be playing live at Vancouver's the Cobalt tomorrow night (January 7). Until then, watch the clip for "Damn You" in the player below.
