A host of heavy music's finest — including members of High on Fire, Slayer, Pantera and Queens of the Stone Age — will come together to pay homage to the mighty Motörhead on a new tribute album.

Expected to arrive in July 2022, Löve Me Förever: A Tribute to Motörhead marks the inaugural release from Psycho Waxx, a new imprint from the founders of the Psycho Las Vegas festival.

With that arrangement in mind, it makes sense to learn that the covers collection will be cut this weekend during the festival's 2021 edition.

While a complete tracklist has yet to be revealed, a pre-order announcement reveals the involvement of bands including High on Fire, Midnight, Eyehategod, Cephalic Carnage, Exhorder, Blackwater Holylight, Mothership, Foie Gras, Howling Giant, Creeping Death and more.

Of course, all-time Motörhead burner "Ace of Spades" will be included in the tracklist, where it will be performed in collaborative "All-Star" fashion by Pantera's Phil Anselmo, Slayer/Exodus guitarist Gary Holt, ex-QOTSA bassist Nick Oliveri, Alice Cooper bassist Chuck Garric, Integrity's Dwid Hellion and more.

Psycho Waxx explain that Motörhead were a headliner of their inaugural 2016 festival event, "and when the world lost Lemmy, his band became an essential part of our DNA." You can find a teaser video for the collection starring Alice Cooper below, and can peep the vinyl pre-orders here.

Last year, it was reported that a Lemmy biopic is in the works.
