The 'Swimming' companion piece is called 'Circles' and was completed by Jon Brion

It's been well over a year since Mac Miller tragically passed away at the age of 26. Since then, a handful of unofficial leaks have arrived, but no official posthumous music. That changes next week with the arrival of a new album called Circles.

While details are scarce, we know that Circles will arrive on January 17. The album was intended as a companion piece to Miller's last album Swimming — a play on the phrase "swimming in circles."

Miller had been working on early versions of the songs with composer Jon Brion. Brion completed the album, and it will arrive soon.

Until we know more details, you can read about the release below.
