Lupe Fiasco is making it incredibly easy for us to forget the pop pandering transgressions of his 2011 effort Lasers. His next album, Food & Liquor 2: The Great American Rap Album Pt. 1, has already birthed two great songs despite it not dropping until September 25. Now, one of those tracks has a music video.

The clip for "Around My Way (Freedom Ain't Free)" was directed by Alex Nazari, and sees Lupe hanging around different locations in Chicago. Sometimes, he's cold chilling with some cartoon characters, while other times he's got vacant, white, glowing eyes.

The latter will undoubtedly be interpreted as some sort of commentary on "the illuminati" by some.

Whether you're getting into the crackpot conspiracy theories or not, however, the clip for "Around My Way" is definitely a lot of fun and worth checking out.
