Lucy Dacus Announces '2019' Holiday-Themed EP, Shares Valentine's Day Song

It's a cover of Edith Piaf's "La Vie En Rose"

Lucy Dacus delivered Historian and boygenius last year, but she's moving right along into 2019 with a new series of songs marking special occasions from the year to come.
 
The new songs will get a physical release as an EP called 2019 later this year, but for now, she's teasing the release with the first song for the first important calendar date of the year — Valentine's Day.
 
In honour of the occasion, Dacus has unveiled a cover of Edith Piaf's "La Vie en Rose." It hears her flexing bilingual lyrics, singing in both French and English.

Upcoming songs are scheduled to be released around the important dates they commemorate, including: Taurus season, Mother's Day, American Independence Day, Bruce Springsteen's birthday, Halloween, Christmas and New Year's.
