Following a recent Juno nom for Contemporary Roots Album of the Year, country shitkicker Lisa LeBlanc is showing off that nominated album Why You Wanna Leave, Runaway Queen? with a new music video. And this one has zombies.
The clip is for the album cut "City Slickers and Country Boys," and it was directed by Émile Lavoie. As you'll witness, the video goes straight for the old-school horror vibes. The black-and-white affair follows the tale of a man desperate to bid farewell to his child before he is overcome by his zombie transformation (and, you know, eats brains and stuff).
