Lil Reese is making headlines for more than just his music again, with news arriving that the Chicago rapper was arrested on a felony gun charge yesterday (July 28).
XXL reports that the Supa Savage rapper was picked up by Illinois authorities for felony possession of a firearm last night and spent the night in Cook County jail. Bail has been set at $50,000. The charge is just the latest in a string of recent run-ins with the law for Reese (born Tavares Taylor).
Last year, the Chief Keef collaborator had been arrested on a warrant stemming from a trespassing charge also tied to "mob action and battery," while also being picked up in a separate incident for possessing "several grams of marijuana."
In 2012, a video surfaced of the 300 rapper allegedly attacking a woman. In 2010, he plead guilty to a burglary charge and received two years probation.
