Lauryn Hill Announces Canadian Shows

BY Josiah HughesPublished Dec 21, 2010

Despite the rumours that pop up every few years, reclusive hip-hop star Lauryn Hill may never follow-up her 1998 landmark The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill with a proper studio album. It's even less likely, though, that the Fugees will follow through with a proper reunion. Fortunately, Hill does manage to curb her alleged craziness enough to head out on the road every few years.

This winter has been one of those situations, with Hill taking her solo act to various venues across eastern North America. Kicking off with a show in Boston last night (December 20), Hill will spend much of the coming months performing one-off shows around North America. Most importantly, she will hit the stage in both Toronto and Montreal this January.

The dates are unlisted on Hill's official website, so it's unclear if more Canadian dates are in the works. But these two stops appear to be the only ones.
