Dream pop singer Lala Lala has shared a new single and announced an extensive international tour ahead of releasing her upcoming album, I Want The Door to Open, on October 8.
After a few shows in October, Lala Lala will embark on a lengthy trek that runs throughout winter into early spring. It includes many stops in Europe, the UK and the U.S. along with two Canadian dates: one in Vancouver and another in Toronto.
The new single, "Color of the Pool," feels like a dream. On Instagram, the singer wrote of the track: "This song is about how I want to be on the back of a motorcycle at night and explode and be the sun and underwater and see myself from very far away and keep my eyes open forever and disappear."
The music video, directed by Weird Life, reflects the singer's statement as she rides off into the night on the back of a motorcycle, driving down a highway.
