According to TMZ, she's filed legal documents for ownership over a variation of the phrased spelled, "RIIISE AND SHIIINNEE."
If successful, her trademark attempt will cover belts, pants, coats, dresses, footwear, gloves, headwear, jackets, loungewear, scarves, sleepwear, socks, swimwear and undergarments — oh, and cosmetics.
So in addition to a million branded things coming directly from Jenner's camp, we can probably also expect mountains of underwear and hats branded with slightly differently spelled variations of the phrase.
The iconic clip of Jenner singing to her baby went viral last week, and the hashtag #RiseAndShine has already surpassed a billion uses on TikTok.
