HBO Max has released a trailer for The Runaway Bunny, a hand-drawn animated special based on the 1942 classic children's book written by Margaret Wise Brown and illustrated by Clement Hurd.
Tracee Ellis Ross will narrate the feature, which will be soundtracked by performances from Mariah Carey, Rosanne Cash, Kimya Dawson, Michael Kiwanuka, Ziggy Marley, Kelly Rowland and Rufus Wainwright.
According to Deadline, the artists' songs will "accompany the bunny on his imaginary, magical adventures into the world and back home to the comfort of his mother's love," in a story that explores love and childhood.
