Kelela Treats 'Cut 4 Me' to Expanded Deluxe Edition

BY Gregory AdamsPublished Feb 17, 2015

A year and a half after issuing Cut 4 Me as a free mixtape, R&B singer Kelela has announced she'll now be marketing the set commercially with a deluxe physical edition.

CD and LP copies of the deluxe set are due to land in North America on March 24 and a day earlier overseas through Fade to Mind. The first disc will include the 13-song Cut 4 Me, which featured production work from Nguzunguzu, Bok Bok, Kingdom and more. The album mixes textures of R&B with electro, hip-hop and dubstep.

A second disc adds Kelela's "Interlude" and eight new remixes from the likes of Kingdom, Nguzunguzu, Rizzla, MikeQ, Jam City and Girl Unit, among others. You'll find a full breakdown of the deluxe edition's tracklisting down below.

Beneath the release info, you'll find Kingdom's percussive, clap-intensive reworking of "Enemy," which had been produced by Nguzunguzu on the original release. Up above, you'll find the updated Cut 4 Me artwork.
