As promised, Montreal producer Kaytranada has returned with a handful of brand new songs. They arrive in a five-track EP via his new label home of RCA.
The new release opens with "Nothin Like U" featuring Ty Dolla $ign and an instrumental version of the same track. Then comes "Chances" featuring Shay Lia and an instrumental version of that, before closing with "It Was Meant 2 B."
Earlier this week, Kaytranada gave an update on an impending full-length record, explaining that "all the other songs will be out next year when I'm gonna finish this LP I've been working on for the past year." As a press release confirms, the new album will also arrive via RCA.
His debut LP 99.9% was released in 2016 via XL Recordings.
