Published Feb 14, 2016Although Melissa McCarthy was technically billed as the host of Saturday Night Live, the evening was overshadowed by the larger-than-life hip-hop legend Kanye West, there to promote his misogynist gospel album The Life of Pablo. The rapper performed two tracks from the LP, appeared in a sketch and announced that it's now streaming at Tidal and available to purchase at his official website.
Joined by a wide cast of people that included The-Dream, Young Thug, Kirk Franklin, El DeBarge, Chance the Rapper and many others, Kanye powered through album tracks "High Lights" and "Ultra Light Beam."
He also appeared in a hilarious sketch from SNL MVP Kyle Mooney, who offered a cinema verite mockumentary about his dream to battle Kanye West and make it as a rapper.

UPDATE: As of press time, neither the Tidal stream nor the online shop for Kanye's album have gone live. Kanye please, let this godawful album roll-out end.
UPDATE 2: The album's here!
