Kanye West has been keeping citizens of the Twitterverse on the edge of their seats in the ramp up to his latest album — which, last we checked, was still titled The Life of Pablo. The new record is supposedly ready to drop later today (February 11) at Madison Square Garden, but before it does, experimental electronic producer Nicolas Jaar has revisited a track from 2013's Yeezus.
Back in 2014, he reworked "Blood on the Leaves" as part of a project for the Los Angeles County Museum of Art highlighting the work of Barbara Kruger. The piece hears Kruger discussing her artistic process over a score by Jaar — including his own take on the aforementioned Yeezy cut.
Now, the Pippa Bianco-directed Picturing Barbara Kruger is available online, and you can watch it here to here where you can listen to Jaar's brooding rendition of "Blood on the Leaves."
