A year removed from last year's Glossolalia, BC singer-songwriter Jordan Klassen has announced the companion album to that recent release. Marginalia is out October 20, and single "Live Another Life" is out now.
Klassen was in the midst of recording Glossolalia when he continued writing new material, resulting in two distinct but connected albums. Compared to the minimalism of Glossolalia, Marginalia ended up being more lushly arranged.
Of the new single "Live Another Life," Klassen said in a statement, "This song is about my own struggle with mental illness. With intrusive thoughts often one can start to believe a completely different narrative about who they are and what they value, it's like living another life in your head."
That single is below. Recent single "Cocoon" is also included on the tracklist.
