James Blake Announces 'Enough Thunder' EP

As if James Blake's year hasn't been heralded enough, his recently suspected and subsequently revealed collaboration with Bon Iver main man Justin Vernon had the hype wagon running full force. While we've now heard the pair's "Fall Creek Boys Choir," we weren't sure just how the track would be released until now: it will appear on a new EP from Blake this fall.

Earlier today (August 31), the soulful post-dubstepper uploaded cover artwork for his next set, titled Enough Thunder, on his Facebook and gave his followers the release date of October 10. While he didn't dish out the specifics, it wasn't long before Pitchfork reported that the mini-set will feature six songs.

Aside from "Fall Creek Boys Choir," the EP contains the title track, Blake's cover of Joni Mitchell's "A Case of You" and three more unannounced songs. Atlas, who issued the musician's self-titled debut LP earlier this year, will deliver the disc to retailers.
