James Blake lifted the curtain on his surprise third record The Colour in Anything last week and has rolled out a new video to accompany the Bon Iver-assisted "I Need a Forest Fire."
Directed by UVA, the video plays heavily on the use of shadows and light, with a singular LED lamp revolving around a variety of objects, whitened akin to wood ash. Also playing to the song's theme of rebirth and starting anew, colour soon returns to the objects towards the end of the clip.
The Colour in Anything is out now through Universal/Polydor, and you can hear the record in its entirety here. Watch the visuals for "I Need a Forest Fire" in the player below.
