Vancouver electro unit I M U R recently returned with a new single, and now they have paired "Miss You Hate You" with an accompanying music video.
The song is a confessional account of addiction from lead singer Jenny Lea, and it will appear on the band's upcoming third EP THIRTY33 later this year.
"This was a very important but difficult song for me to write," she said in a statement. "I'm opening up about a very private part of my life in hopes to connect with others that might be struggling, and to let them know that they're not alone."
The visuals rely heavily on mirror shots, serving as a metaphor for the importance of self-reflection.
