It's been 20 years since Hawksley Workman's 2003 album Lover/Fighter, and the songwriter will celebrate the milestone by taking the album on tour this fall.

The six-date run takes place in late October and early November. Workman and his band will hit Huntsville, Ottawa, London, Kingston, Peterborough and Toronto, performing Lover/Fighter in full.

Workman wrote on Facebook, "I remember back to the years when we toured this record, and the live moments I used to love every night, like playing the explosive bridge in 'To Not Romanticize,' emotional moments in 'Ilfracombe,' and the inevitable groovy rock-out at the end of 'Smoke'… I so look forward to being engrossed in the songs from this now-two-decades-old collection of music."

Tickets go on sale on Thursday (June 15). A Toronto presale will take place the day before (June 14) at 10 a.m. with the code "LOVER." See the dates below. Prior to the Lover/Fighter tour, Workman will play a few summer shows.
