What do you like to do at four in the morning? If your answer to that question is "skateboarding," then you're going to find a lot to relate to in the video for "4AM" from Aesop Rock's outfit Hail Mary Mallon.
The black-and-white clip for this nocturnal, beat-heavy rap track from last year's Bestiary documents some late-night skateboarding adventures in the city. Judging by the scattering of cars and people on the streets, we're not sure it was filmed quite as late as 4 a.m., but it certainly sets the mood nicely. It was filmed by Gerald Anekwe and features a number of skaters.
