Earlier this month, a supposed animated teaser for Grimes' next video appeared online. As the artist quickly cleared up, however, it wasn't actually a taste of the video for "Kill V. Maim." That one arrived in full today, and it's entirely different than we expected.
The live-action clip was directed by Grimes herself alongside her brother Mac Boucher. Shot in Toronto's subway system, the video features everything we could hope for from a modern Grimes video, including crazy dance moves, intense action sequences and futuristic costumes.
