Last time we heard from the Good Boys, they were channelling the retro vibes of AM radio's heyday with their video for "I'm Not Pretending." Well, they're back and more festive than ever with an all-original Christmas tune that Exclaim.ca is pleased to premiere.
The track is titled "It's Christmas Time and I'm in Love with You" — making the song's message pretty clear. The three-piece herald in the yuletide season with pop punk-tinged "ba ba ba's" throughout the catchy holiday jingle.
"It's Christmas Time and I'm in Love with You" will be available on a special cassette single called I Know It's Christmas Vol. 1. It's paired with the band's take on the classic "White Christmas" and the tape will be given away with the purchase of a ticket to their December 17 gig at the Magpie in Toronto.
