Gold Panda Releases 'Trust' EP, Gears Up for Canadian Shows on World Tour

Gold Panda Releases 'Trust' EP, Gears Up for Canadian Shows on World Tour
Today (January 22), electronic music fans woke up to a pleasant surprise in the form of a new EP from English producer Gold Panda. It's called Trust and it's available digitally through Ghostly. This will be followed by a 12-inch vinyl release on March 4 in the UK.

A press release explains, "From the title track's mournful horns and baritone vocal sample, to the pressing, insistent rhythms of 'Burnt Out Car in a Forest', the tracks on show are complex and intricate, while remaining profoundly human and engaging." Gold Panda tweeted that "Burnt Out Car in a Forest" is "the best track I've ever made."

Stream the four-song mini-platter over at Gold Panda's website. If you like what you hear, Trust is available to purchase in vinyl on digital formats from Ghostly's online store. It will reportedly be followed by a full-length later this year.

Gold Panda will promote the new EP with a world tour that features a number of North American shows. This includes two Canadian dates: Toronto on May 8 and Montreal the day after. See the schedule below the tracklist.
