Freddie Gibbs Is on the Run in His "Scottie Beam" Video

Rick Ross brings the booze and beachfront views

Having served up their Alfredo album this past May, Freddie Gibbs and the Alchemist have now shared a video for album highlight "Scottie Beam."

Directed by James "JMP" Pereira, the clip is centred around an encounter with police that Gibbs recalls in his airtight opening verse. After an officer pulls the artist and a companion over while out for cruise, he pulls his gun, forcing Gibbs to turn the tables and make a getaway in his Impala.

Rick Ross also appears for his feature spot, catching Gibbs on the news while kicking back in his beachfront condo. He offers his partner in rhyme some shelter and words of advice, pouring some Belaire while they count cash at his kitchen table.

Alfredo is out now through through ESGN/ALC/EMPIRE and also features collaborations with Tyler, the Creator, Benny the Butcher and Conway the Machine. Gibbs also recently launched a custom cannabis strain alongside the release.

Exclaim! recently named Alfredo one of the 33 Best Albums of 2020 so far.
