Fleet Foxes Release New Seven-inch, Tour with Dungen

BY Josiah HughesPublished May 6, 2009

Woodsy Seattle dudes Fleet Foxes have just released a brand new seven-inch on Sub Pop (a label that, it seems, are obsessed with the tiny medium of late). The record features their Sun Giant standout "Mykonos" on the A-side, with their cover of folk standard "False Knight on the Road" on the flip.

On top of the new record, the band have a bunch of North American dates on the go. Besides their upcoming appearance at Sasquatch this month, the band will be heading out to Europe for some festival dates in June before returning to North America for a decent tour. Among those dates, they'll be making Canadian stops in Montreal and Toronto, where they'll be joined by Swedish psych masters Dungen.
