Festival de Musique Émergente Unveils Complete 2017 Lineup

New additions include Jean-Michel Blais, Duchess Says, A Place to Bury Strangers and more

Quebec's Festival de Musique Émergente is set to return to Rouyn-Noranda from August 31 to September 3, and after an initial lineup announcement last month, organizers have now lifted the curtain on the rest of the lineup for their 2017 edition.

The festival's latest additions include Jean-Michel Blais, Duchess Says, A Place to Bury Strangers, HOAN, Bloodshot Bill & the Hick-Ups, Thus Owls, Marduk, Incantation, La Mverte, King Abid, Slosh, Louis-Philippe Gingras, Pierre Flynn, Jason Bajada, Julien Sagot, the Franklin Electric, Zen Bamboo, Elephant Stone, AeroBrasil, Chocolat, Deke Dickerson, the WildTones, Mathew James, Lary Kidd, Eman X Vlooper, Alaclair Ensemble and many more.

Those artists will join a lineup that already features A Tribe Called Red, Pierre Kwenders, La Bronze, Phillipe B, Andy Shauf, Ludovic Alarie, Sarah Toussaint-Léveillé, Geoffroy, FUUDGE, Canailles, Afrikana Soul Sister, Emily Wells, Atsuko Chiba, Paul Jacobs, and Sunwatchers.
